The purpose of Amendment 0001 to RFQ FA500026Q0031 is to:

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, facilities, transportation, and materials necessary to perform a complete flooring replacement in Building 11540, Room 5. The work includes the demolition and off-site disposal of existing glued-down broadloom carpet and rubber wall base, comprehensive concrete subfloor preparation, and the installation of new commercial-grade Luxury Vinyl Planking (LVP) and rubber transitions. All work must be performed in strict accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
