Full Description
A pre-bid conference will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Myerstown Water Authority’s office, located at 601 Stracks Dam Road, Myerstown, PA 17067 on July 1, 2026. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Final questions are due no later than 12:00 p.m. on July 6, 2026. A final addendum, if necessary, will be issued by 3:00 p.m. on July 7, 2026. The Work will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, providing all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and testing services for the South Railroad Street Water Main Replacement project as further described in the Contract Documents. All Bid Documents and details are available at no cost online at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the required form, certified check, bank cashier’s check, or other security acceptable to the Owner in the amount of 10% of the total Base Bid. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the Bid opening date except as permitted by law and may not be withdrawn during this period. Bidders must Bid on all items listed on the Bid Form.
