The U.S. Embassy Rangoon is soliciting firm fixed price quotes for the provision of program, library, caretaker, and janitorial services for the Jefferson Center in Mandalay, Myanmar. Contractors must comply with U.S. Embassy health and safety regulations, OBO safety specifications, and local Myanmar labor laws. Essential deliverables include a Job side Hazardous analysis Form and evidence of Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance, the cost of which is evaluated as part of the total firm fixed price. Security clearance for all personnel is required through the Regional Security Office before a Notice to Proceed is issued. Performance will be monitored by the American Center Director via a Quality Assurance and Surveillance Plan, focusing on satisfactory program services and minimal customer complaints for janitorial and caretaker tasks.
