The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Department Operations Division III (DOAD III), in support of the Office of Health Security (OHS), has made an award based on a Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) in accordance with RFO FAR 16.507-6(d)(2).
