DLA Troop Support is procuring one D-SPECT Cardio 8010120-01 Nuclear Medicine Gamma Camera for the Portsmouth Naval Medical Center to replace an end-of-life system. This acquisition is being conducted as a sole-source award under a Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) pursuant to FAR 16.507-6(b)(2), as the D-SPECT system is identified as the only commercially available product capable of meeting all mandatory technical and operational requirements.
