The Town of Pepperell Water Department is soliciting bids for the construction of a 1.3 million gallon per day PFAS water treatment plant at 13 and 13b Jersey Street, Pepperell, Massachusetts, with a bid submission deadline of July 15, 2026, at 1:00 PM local time.
