Jet Fuel (TS-1) for the Transit Center Manas, Kyrgyzstan

The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) has a requirement for jet fuel (TS-1), National Stock Number (NSN) 9130-01-491-2201, to be delivered FOB Destination to the Transit Center Manas in Kyrgyzstan. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with an economic price adjustment. The minimum guarantee is anticipated to be ten percent. The estimated award quantity for one base year is 39,600,000 U.S. gallons. The solicitation will include one (1) six-month option with an estimated award quantity of 7,200,000 gallons. The solicitation will also include a requirement for the awardee to supply and maintain a TS-1 jet fuel reserve of 2,000,000 gallons during the base year, and 1,500,000 during the six-month option period. The resultant contract will include a provision to extend the ordering period for a maximum of six additional months if it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
