The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Profession Code, Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 26012, approved a Small Outdoor commercial cannabis license. : The Project (“231 Cannonball Lane”) is a proposed/new Small Outdoor Commercial Cannabis Cultivation Operation. The proposed designated area (as defined in Ordinance No.315-830) would be composed of a 120’ X 130’ (15,600 ft2) outdoor cultivation area. The proposed support area would be composed of the 30’ X 60’ (1,800 ft2) garage (proposed Processing, Packaging & Harvest Storage Area), a 15’ X 15’ (225 ft2) composting area, a 10’X 12’ (120 ft2) wooden shed (Pesticides/Agricultural Chemicals Storage Area), and four2,500-gallon water storage tanks, totaling approximately 2,500 ft2. Irrigation water will be provided to the Project from an existing onsite groundwater well located at Latitude:40.41443º and Longitude: -123.05487º. Domestic wastewater service/treatment would be provided via the existing septic systems of the two existing onsite residences. The Project is consistent with the Cannabis Program and would require discretionary approval from the Trinity County Planning Commission.
