Full Description

This is a logical follow-on to ENCORE II task order HC1028-08-D-2015 VC08 with Booz Allen Hamilton which ends on 31 July 2013. All ENCORE II awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order. The proposed contract action is a Firm-Fixed Price task order to be awarded to Booz Allen Hamilton under their ENCORE II contract HC1028-08-D-2015 utilizing FY13 Procurement funds. This contract action will provide DoD, DISA, and the federal government with acquisition, program integrated solutions management, security engineering certification and accreditation, business process reengineering, asset management, product integration, test and evaluation, as well as enterprise IT policy and planning support necessary to complete the JIPM PMO's final acquisition milestone: Fielding Decision Review (FDR). These activities include: Performance of an operational test in support of the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) operational assessment of the JIPM; performance of engineering efforts to integrate the JIPM hubs into Gateways and field remote terminals; achievement of a 3-year Authority To Operate (ATO); and completion of acquisition milestone documentation.
