The Trustees of the California State University will receive sealed bid proposals through Public Purchase: https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/calpoly,ca/buyer/public/home for furnishing all labor and materials for a single Job Order Contract, Bid Solicitation No.25-54, at the above-named campus. Proposals will be received in Public Purchase until 3:00 pm on Thursday, February 13, 2025 in accordance with the contract documents, at which time the proposals will be publicly opened and read via Zoom https://calpoly.zoom.us/j/88286954792?from=addon The University intends to award two separate JOC agreements under two separate solicitations at the same time, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for each solicitation for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, modernization, rehabilitation, demolition and minor construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other public works. Under the JOC concept, the Contractor furnishes all management, documentation, labor, materials, and equipment needed to perform the work. Bidder may bid separately on any or all of the contracts; however, only one contract may be awarded to any bidder. The apparent lowest responsive and responsible bidder shall be determined sequentially for each contract in the following order: JOC 25-54; JOC 25-55. The apparent lowest responsive and responsible bidder on each JOC contract will be excluded from consideration for successive contracts.
