The Office of Employee Relations (OER) is seeking a contract reporter ad exemption to award a 12 month single source contract extension to Capital Region Language Center LLC to provide statewide support to the Partnership in providing Job Skills Program Delivery education, training, and related services to New York State (NYS) agencies and employees who are represented by the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc. (CSEA). A formal open competitve request for proposal is not feasible to perform a successful open competitive bid process before these contracts expire on 12/31/2026. Capital Region Language Center LLC may seek subcontractors, including certified SDVOB, for their State-wide training delivery of services to meet their Article 3 of the Veteran's Service Law requirements.
