Job Skills Program - Program Delivery

The New York State Governor's Office of Employee Relations is awarding a 12-month single source contract extension to MicroKnowledge, Inc. for the period of January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. This extension is necessary because a formal open competitive request for proposal is not feasible before the current contracts expire. The primary objective of the contract is to provide statewide support for the Job Skills Program, delivering education, training, and related services to New York State agencies and employees represented by the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc. Under this agreement, MicroKnowledge, Inc. is authorized to utilize subcontractors, including New York State certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses, to ensure compliance with Article 15-A of the Executive Law and Article 3 of the Veteran's Service Law. The contract is managed by the Division for Administration within the Office of Employee Relations, with Shalena Benson serving as the primary point of contact. Performance of these services will be conducted statewide to support the NYS and CSEA Partnership for Education and Training.
