Job Skills Program - Program Delivery

The New York State Governor's Office of Employee Relations is awarding a 12-month single source contract extension to Watson & Associates, Occupational Hygiene and Safety, LLC. This extension, covering the period from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027, is designated as a procurement exempt from advertising because a formal open competitive request for proposal is not feasible before the current contracts expire. The purpose of the contract is to provide statewide support for the Job Skills Program Delivery, offering education, training, and related services to New York State agencies and employees represented by the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc. The scope of work involves the statewide delivery of training services in compliance with Article 15-A of the Executive Law and Article 3 of the Veteran's Service Law. Watson & Associates is permitted to utilize subcontractors to meet these requirements, specifically including New York State certified Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses.
