Joint Enterprise Tax Calculator Solution (JETCS) Information Technology (IT) is seeking procurement for Cloud based tax calculator software that supports the use of standard Application Programming Interface (API) architectures to securely integrate with high-volume, high-complexity, and multi-user manual and automated IRS workflows and processes. The calculator service must allow seamless and automated integration with JETCS and other applications and meet IRS technical requirements such as cybersecurity, Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP)/ ATO and privacy for all applicable use cases. The objective is to obtain a FedRAMP compliant cloud-based tax calculator software solution that automates tax calculations and provides data to generate reports for income tax examinations. Another objective is to determine Vendors’ capacity to integrate with IRS IT systems and account for the evolving needs of taxpayers and changes in tax laws.



This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as either a solicitation or the obligation on the part of Government. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. This notice is for market research purposes only.


No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests.
