This notice to the public is IAW Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 7.107-3(b). The Department of the Air Force has determined consolidation of the R391 Joint Propeller Sustainment Solution (JPSS) contract requirement is necessary and justified, and in the best interest of the Government, as the benefits of the proposed acquisition strategy substantially exceed the benefits of the possible alternative contracting approach.
