1. Purpose & Scope
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is conducting a market survey to identify capable sources—with a specific emphasis on small and socio-economic business categories—to perform a fiber-optic telecommunications project at Joint Reserve Base New Orleans (JRB NOLA).
The objective of this project is to extend Base Communication Office (BCO) telecommunication services from Building 30 to Buildings 390 and 90.
