This annoucement is to provide notification of the Government's intent to issue a Sole Source Award. The 33d Network Warfare Squadron (33 NWS) is seeking a new contract to obtain the services of a subject matter expert (SME) from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) InfoVista; who as the OEM, alone have the unrestricted access to the proprietary InfoVista developed defensive countermeasures and device software and firmware. This Notice is for informational purposes only and announces the intent to award to InfoVista.
