JSC-270001-Supreme Court General Building Renovations - AE RFQ

The Ohio Facilities Construction Commission is soliciting professional architectural and engineering services for renovations and new work at the Thomas J. Moyer Ohio Judicial Center. The scope of work primarily focuses on ADA compliance projects, including signage, space modifications, and door operators, as well as the replacement of the modified Bitumen roof above the Courtroom and Floor 12. The selected firm will be responsible for all design phases from program verification through post-construction, including providing the necessary documentation and cost estimates to establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price. Construction administration requirements include at least eight hours of on-site service per week. The solicitation process requires the submission of a Statement of Qualifications via OhioBuys by November 9, 2026, with electronic files limited to 25 MB.
