Judith Landing State Park Interpretation Plan

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is seeking a qualified interpretive planning consultant to develop a comprehensive interpretive plan for Judith Landing State Park, building upon an existing draft framework to guide future visitor engagement, educational programming, and phased implementation of interpretive media. The consultant will be responsible for refining the conceptual vision, creating a site-specific interpretive concept plan, and delivering actionable, prioritized recommendations that align with the park’s natural and cultural resources. This includes translating interpretive goals into tangible design elements and implementation strategies that enhance the visitor experience while ensuring long-term feasibility and resource compatibility. All proposals must be submitted via the eMACS vendor portal by the deadline of August 20, 2026, following the specified instructions and procedures outlined in the solicitation. Applicants are required to register as vendors, upload responses as attachments, and adhere to all technical requirements detailed in the scope of work and eMACS Vendor Handbook.
