The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Acquisition Operations Division (AOD) has issued a sole-source logical follow-on contract action (modification) of an existing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task/contract issued against NETCENTS Department of the Air Force, mandatory use contract-vehicle. The modification is under Task Order ID07130013 to Telos, Corporation in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b) and FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C): The order must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract, provided that all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order.
