Line Item Description 0001 Hilton Field Audio Improvement This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) Soliciting from a single source authorized by FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1). For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization). The anticipated award date is February 26, 2013. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 443142 and the size standard is 30 million dollars. All responsible sources may submit a response. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
