This request for standing offers RFSO cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number K3D33-241167 dated February 19, 2025 with a closing of March 20, 2025 at 15:00. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide ship services for select 3M buoys in the Environment and Climate Change Canada Moored Buoy core program and OPP program on the Atlantic Coast and Paci?c Coast of Canada. Such services shall include but are not limited to provision of ships needed for the deployment, retrieval, and maintenance of a select number of 3M Discus Meteorological Buoys in the Atlantic and Paci?c Ocean on an “as and when requested” basis upon demand of the Authority for the period of July 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, with the option to extend for three additional one year periods to the department of Environment and Climate Change Canada. A maximum of 2 Standing Offers will be awarded per section. Canada will consider the compliant offer with the lowest evaluated price on an aggregate basis. Bidders may bid on as many or as few sections as they wish and sections are evaluated independently of each other.
