The contractor shall provide a Mettler Toledo Karl Fischer Volumetric Titrator V30S or equivalent and a compatible compact printer or equivalent. The Karl Fischer Volumetric Titrator shall meet or exceed the following requirements: Instrument capable of performing water content determination on solid, liquid and gaseous samples. Equipped with burette recognition with titrant and concentration monitoring. Capable of adding at least 1 additional burette drive. Equipped with an integrated magnetic stirrer. Equipped with a solvent manager device. Capable of connecting to a printer via a RS232 interface. Color touchscreen for user interface. Has at least two user groups. Contains at least 100 programmed methods. Capable of at least 120 samples per series. Data is measured in time, water count, potential, volume and drift. Measurement range is at least 100ppm to 100%. Drift measurement is at least <5micrograms/minute Repeatability is minimally 0.3% at >10 mg H2O. The glass beaker must have a capacity of at least 150mls. The instrument must not exceed a footprint of 200mm x 330mm x 300mm. The printer shall meet or exceed the following requirements: Printing technology must be a dot matrix. Capable of printing at least 24 characters per line. Have a print speed of at least 2.3 lines per second. Utilize continuous label paper. Capable of connecting to a Karl Fischer Titrator via a RS232 interface. Equipped with auto-detect settings for connected devices.
