Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is the Boeing Company. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. The requirement is for 300 each, FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 150 days. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter RFP. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole Source (FAR 6.302). A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is February 6, 2012.
