The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires to retain a Contractor to provide construction services for tenant improvements in Kelowna, BC. The location of the project is Suite 140, 160 & 170 - 395 Penno Road, Kelowna, BC. The project consists of tenant improvements of an office to meet the RCMP’s program requirements. Work of this Contract is restricted to Work within property lines of the site and generally within the tenant space but may require access and work in other areas of the building to facilitate all Work required by the Contract Documents, both within and outside the tenant space.
