Kenait Concessionaire

The 3rd Contracting Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, Alaska has a concessionaire requirement to provide a - casual theme bar and grill, food and beverage operation. This service will be provided in a Government furnished facility, building 7535, currently referred to as the Kenai Dining Facility, on Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, transportation, supervision and all food and related supplies required to operate a concessionaire contract. Food and beverage services shall match the theme currently used by the concessionaire contractor including separate bar service with a bartender in attendance. The NAICS code is 722110; the SBA size standard is $7.0M. Elmendorf AFB's goal in contracting is to provide a high quality restaurant for military, civilian, and overseas visitors while achieving the optimum balance between high quality service and reasonable cost to the Air Force. The solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP), FA5000-10-R-0029, will be issued as full and open competition. On 7 Jun 2010 with a closing date on or about 9 Jul 2010 at 4:00 PM Alaska Standard Time. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award.
