The Housing Authority of the City of Pawtucket INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR KENNEDY MANOR, BURNS MANOR, AND ST GERMAIN MANOR EMERGENCY EGRESS SIGNAGE The Housing Authority of the City of Pawtucket (“PHA”) Rhode Island is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for Kennedy Manor, Burns Manor, and St Germain Manor Emergency Egress Signage located in Pawtucket, RI. Detailed information regarding the work encompassed under this project is provided in the Scope of Work section of this Invitation for Bids. By virtue of completing, signing, and submitting the completed documents, the bidder is stating his/her agreement to comply with all conditions and requirements set forth within those documents. The PHA: • Will not accept bids submitted by fax or email. • Will not be responsible for the receipt of bids not properly submitted. • Will not accept bids received after the above deadline. Minority and Woman-Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit bids. Bidders will be required to make positive efforts to use small and minority-owned businesses and to offer employment, training, and contracting opportunities in accordance with Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (24 CFR Part 75).
