The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine the interest and capabilities of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 423610 - Electrical Apparatus and Equipment, Wiring Supplies, and Related Equipment Merchant Wholesalers. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract. Vendors are reminded that only Contracting Officers are authorized to commit the government to the obligation of funds. At this time, no solicitation exists, therefore, requests for a copy of a solicitation will not be permitted. Description: The 87th Security Forces Squadron requires a key tracer system to securely and effectively track the keys to multiple vehicles. The system must meet the following requirements: - Key Tracer Software Terminal - 32 Key Moduels o (4) 32 Key Modules with Key Fobs. - Key Tracer Touch Terminal o Admin Card Included - Security Cabinet o Cabinet to house 128 Keys. - Power Supply - Prox Reader - Key Change Tool - Fleet Management Setup - RTN Import Software Response Instruction: Please submit responses to A1C Casey Pridham via email at casey.pridham@us.af.mil. Responses are to be submitted no later than 31 Aug at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Interested parties shall furnish the following minimum information: 1. Company name and address. 2.
