Amendment 0003 is issued to update the required delivery date from 1 July 2021 to 30 July 2021, and to extend the closing date to Friday, April 2nd, at 14:00PM EST. To determine that offers are technically acceptable, offerors shall state all line item requirements, priced and non-priced, in their submittals. These include, but are not limited to, KeysightCare Assured First Year Support, Return to Keysight Warranty, and Start-up assistance hours. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0002 is issued to provide the following Question and Answer. As a result, the solicitation closing date and time is extended until 1000 EST, 1 April 2021. Whereas, SIMVIEW software runs on the N5193A and a PC. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to answer the following question from industry: QUESTION: Can you let us know what software is needed for the N5193A UXG Agile Signal Generator?
