The 355th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) is requesting the purchase of a Dormitory KeyTrak System upgrade. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, management, and other items and services necessary to deliver and install electronic security and key management hardware, including specialized cabinets, rackmount servers, and biometric authentication components.


The requirement includes the procurement of a stand-alone, PC-based electronic key management system with Windows 11 integration, CAC/TWIC authentication capabilities, and mobile application support as described in the attached Salient Characteristics and Performance Work Statement (PWS).
