The Union Engagement and National Joint Council (NJC) Support Team at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) requires the expertise of an external company to determine the mileage reimbursement rates (also called the kilometric rates). The objective of the work is to perform tasks and submit deliverables for the establishment of mileage reimbursement rates for two of the National Joint Council (NJC) directives (i.e., NJC Travel Directive and NJC Commuting Assistance Directive) based on criteria that have been agreed upon by the Treasury Board and its bargaining agents; and indicated in the methodology for the kilometric rates and lower kilometric rates in the Guides to NJC Rates and Allowances found here:
