In total, this development will add six (6) units of quality affordable housing to the Syracuse area. All bidders are strongly encouraged to participate in the bid process and ALL bid proposals will be considered. Individual subcontractors who are not MWBE/SDVOB companies, or who may or may not use MWBE/SDVOB secondary subcontractors are still strongly encouraged to submit bids.
