Kitchen, Bathroom and Adaptation Measured Term Contract

East Devon District Council has awarded a Measured Term Contract to Bell Group Limited for the refurbishment of kitchens and bathrooms, as well as internal adaptation works, throughout the Council's housing stock. This agreement was secured via a competitive mini-competition under the South West Procurement Alliance Whole House Refurbishment Dynamic Purchasing System, adhering to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The contract is scheduled to begin on 11 January 2027 with an initial term of 24 months. There is an option for three additional 12-month extensions, potentially extending the total duration to five years subject to Council approval. While the total estimated value accounts for this maximum period, the expenditure is not guaranteed.
