The solicitation will be 100% set-aside for small business. The solicitation will allow offerors to provide a separate unit price for the base year and each option year. Offerors are given the opportunity to submit pricing based on quantity break ranges. Based on market research this item is a commercial item and will be solicited using FAR Part 12. Item will be shipped to various locations within conus. FOB destination and inspection at destination is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 08 March 2012. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. .
