The New York Power Authority (“NYPA”) is seeking a vendor to create an Enterprise Knowledge Management function that conveys the value of documenting, sharing, and reusing knowledge as part of an organization’s culture as well as to translate captured knowledge into actionable items that drive business value, enhance decision-making, and improve organizational efficiency. To support an evolving organizational landscape, the ability to effectively capture, categorize, and utilize knowledge across the enterprise is critical to continuous improvement and strategic success. Suppliers are encouraged to respond even if they are only qualified to deliver one part of the RFP. NYPA is not necessarily looking for a single supplier who can perform all of the objectives listed.
