The requirement for the removal and replacement of the potable water pumping system located in Building 3 (Pump House) at Koke’e Air Force Station (AFS), Hawaii. The existing primary pump is severely degraded, leaking due to a failed seal, and exhibiting mechanical noise indicative of internal wear. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, engineering, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to replace the pumping system, associated piping, and valves, and restore full operational capability to the site’s potable water distribution system.
