Period of Performance: 09/15/2015 - 09/14/2016. No Substitutions allowed. CLIN: 1002 Three (3 EA) Annual Software Support Opt Year I S-EP-ABE-S ABE ANNUAL SOFTWARE SUPPORT. Period of Performance: 09/15/2016 - 09/15/2017. No Substitutions allowed. CLIN: 2002 Three (3 EA) Annual Software Support Opt Year II S-EP-ABE-S ABE ANNUAL SOFTWARE SUPPORT. Period of Performance: 09/15/2017 - 09/14/2018. No Substitutions allowed. CLIN: 3002 Three (3 EA) Annual Software Support Opt Year III S-EP-ABE-S ABE ANNUAL SOFTWARE SUPPORT. Period of Performance: 09/15/2018 - 09/14/2019. No Substitutions allowed. CLIN: 4002 (3 EA) S-EP-ABE-S ABE ANNUAL SOFTWARE SUPPORT. Period of Performance: 09/15/2019 - 09/14/2020. No Substitutions allowed. The Government does not own the data rights to the data or software code and cannot reproduce the Krato's Software. The Krato's Software is a proprietary product of Kratos Technology & Training Solutions, Inc. and no other company has the data rights to sell the Krato's Software. Contractor must be an authorized Kratos Technology & Training Solutions, Inc. distributor; verification will be made with the company. AUTHORITY: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1), JUSTIFICATION: SUPPLIES REQUIRED ARE FROM ONLY ONE OR A LIMITED NUMBER OF RESPONSIBLE SOURCE(S) AND NO OTHER TYPE OF SUPPLIES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. THE PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION IS FOR SUPPLIES AND SERVICES FOR WHICH THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE, OR A LIMITED NUMBER OF SOURCES UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.301-1. INTERESTED PERSONS MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT OR SUBMIT PROPOSALS. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
