The following clarification question was asked: Clarification Question: "CLIN 0201 has been established for the purpose of Phase-Out costs as defined by the Section 4.3 of the PWS. Section 4.3 of the PWS specifically states that the Phase-Out period is the final 90 days of contract performance. Is it to be understood that the Phase-Out timeframe is the final 90 days of 1 of the Periods of Performance as defined in CLINs 0003, 0103, or 0203." Government's Answer: In accordance with the PWS, the Phase-Out time frame is the final 90 days of contract performance. That final 90 days of contract performance may not necessarily be the last 90 days of one of the Periods of Performance as defined in CLINs 0003, 0103, or 0203. Per F-2 of the RFP, CLIN 0201 may be exercised at any time during the contract. Contract performance ends 90 days after the date that CLIN 0201 is exercised.
