37449 La Plata County Advertisement for Request for Proposals (RFP) Administration Tourism Marketing Services Project#: 26-042-1210 Notice is hereby given that the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), through the La Plata County Procurement Division, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors of comprehensive tourism marketing services for the County. Proposals must be received by the staff of the La Plata County Procurement Division no later than November 19, 2026, 10:00 AM MST. Proposals shall be emailed, with the subject line stating “Tourism Marketing Services, RFP #26-042-1210” to: KHightower@lpcgov.org and JKobobel@lpcgov.org . Proposals received after the closing date and time will be rejected. (Note: Procurement will acknowledge receipt of your bid submittal within twenty-four hours; if you do not receive that confirmation, please contact Procurement immediately.) Specifications and/or supporting documents can be downloaded, at no charge, from Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System, https://www. bidnetdirect.com/colorado . In order to receive specifications, Offerors must obtain the documents from the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System. The County reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive any informalities and minor irregularities in response, and to accept the response deemed, in its opinion, to be in the best interest of La Plata County. Generally, contracts will be awarded to the responsible and responsive Offeror whose proposal meets the requirements set forth in this RFP; is priced within the budgeted amount; and, represents the best overall value for the County.
