The following requirements are the mandatory technical evaluation criteria which will be evaluated during the Bid Evaluation. In addition the Contractor will be required to meet all of the mandatory technical requirements for the duration of the Contract. Bidders are requested to cross reference the mandatory technical criteria in a concise format by using page, paragraph(s) & sub-paragraphs as applicable to their supporting technical documentation.
ITEM CRITERIA REFERENCE TO SUBSTANTIATION IN THE TECHNICAL BID.
M1 CSA approved electronic connections
M2 Flow cytometer for cellular and multi-parameter analysis
M3 Benchtop, modular, harbors room for expanding laser and detector capacity
M4 upgradeable, configurable
M5 Automatic, high-throughput screening on a multiparametric platform in plate formats, including 96-well plates
M6 Capable of conducting antibody and phenotyping screening and cell signaling studies
M7 Capable of conducting cell cycle analysis
M8 Capable of detecting rare events
M9 Capable of performing stem cell analysis, cancer and apoptosis studies
M10 Capable of conducting Cytometric Bead Array (CBA) assays with a minimum of 15 unique beads
