NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: AFSC/PZIOB, Tinker AFB, Oklahoma intends to award a sole source purchase order to National Instruments Corporation. National Instruments retains all data rights for this software requirement. LabVIEW has been used by the 555th since 2005 to provide for control of NI hardware in several configuration controlled designs including Pacer Comet 4 Depot and Field, EDMS, and SPEHS. 555th owns the relevant software, but needs to renew the standard service program in order to allow for continued updating of the software and support for training on use of the software. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.501. The anticipated award date is 19 July 2019. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 08 July 19 at 12 PM Central Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
