The Department of Cannabis Control has approved a Cannabis Distribution License for LADISTRO, submitted on December 18, 2025, under the authority of Business and Procession Code Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 26012. The project involves the conversion of an existing Type 11 Distributor Annual Application into an Annual License. The facility is located at 1001 E 14th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90021, on a site zoned for Production [LF1-WH1-6][I1-N] with Assessor Parcel Number 5132-018-014. Operations are scheduled to run seven days per week from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The project utilizes existing structures with no proposed expansions and relies on City of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power for electricity and water, and City sewer services for waste. The project has been designated as a Class 32 Categorical Exemption, identifying it as an environmentally benign infill project consistent with general plan and zoning requirements with no significant impacts on air quality, water quality, noise, or traffic. While the project aligns with planning and zoning, LADISTRO must maintain compliance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Sections 104.00 et seq. and 105.00 et seq., as well as DCR Rules and Regulations. This approval does not waive the necessity for additional permits from the Los Angeles Fire Department, the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety, or the Los Angeles County Public Health Department.
