The Project will generally consist of work to repair and seal the entire roof of the Lagrange Ave. office building and ATM building per the Scope of Work contained in the bid documents. There will be a Non-Mandatory pre-bid site visit scheduled for: Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 2:30pm (local time) located at 1 Lagrange Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY. Representatives of OWNER will be available to discuss the project and allow access to the roof so bidders are informed about the project. Any questions/clarifications can be e-mailed in writing to Carol Falcone, Contract Specialist, cfalcone@dutchessny.gov. No phone calls please. Deadline for questions is Monday, September 28, 2026. Responses will be issued via Addendum and uploaded to Bidnet and Contract Reporter by Wednesday, September 30, 2026. It is the responsibility of the bidder to locate and read any Addendums issued.
