Lagrange Ave. office building roof sealing

The Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority has issued solicitation PWC-LGR-2026-09 for a general construction project to repair and seal the roofs of the Lagrange Ave. office building and ATM building located in Poughkeepsie, New York. The scope of work includes power-washing various roof sections and sidewalks, performing repairs using white LAP sealant, primer, and Carlisle white flashing tape, and coating all flat roofs with GACO S4200 One-step process silicone. The project requires the contractor to provide digital photographic documentation of the entire process and includes a five-year contractor warranty. All work must comply with New York State Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements under PRC 2026026564, and contractors must possess OSHA 10-hour safety training and a valid NYS DOL Contractor Registration Certificate.
