Bidders are encouraged to schedule site visits with the designated contact, Jason Garey, to familiarize themselves with the site conditions before submitting their bids. The project is funded under a set-aside for minority business enterprises (MBE) and EDGE vendors, and the contract includes various legal and administrative provisions outlined in multiple addenda, including compliance with Ohio laws, nondiscrimination policies, and affirmations regarding offshore services and data location restrictions.
