Lake-Le-Aqua-Na SP Zero Turn Mower

The State of Illinois Office of Land Management is soliciting the procurement of one brand new, unused commercial grade zero-turn mower for Lake Le-Aqua-Na State Park. The equipment must be provided by an authorized wholesaler or retailer and include specific features such as puncture-proof Tweel tires, a set of four factory rims and tires, a heavy-duty adjustable suspension seat, and a foldable roll-over protection structure with a seatbelt. The mower must be delivered FOB Destination to the park location in Lena, Illinois, and include the standard manufacturer's warranty. The contract is governed by the State of Illinois Standard Terms and Conditions V23 and is subject to the availability of state funds. Vendors are required to maintain general commercial liability insurance of 1,000,000 dollars per occurrence and auto liability of 1,000,000 dollars. Payment will be processed upon completion of the contract in accordance with the State Prompt Payment Act. The state maintains the right to terminate the contract for convenience with 30 days' notice or immediately for cause if health, safety, or property is jeopardized. All claims arising from the contract must be filed exclusively with the Illinois Court of Claims.
