Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-SHA-65817-R1, titled Kettle Corn, is an environmental agreement between the California Department of Fish and Wildlife and Sierra Pacific Industries. The project is associated with Timber Harvesting Plan (THP) 2-26-00018-SHA, which was certified by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection on April 27, 2026. Located in Shasta County, California, specifically within Township 36N, Range 1W, the project is designed to comply with the California Environmental Quality Act and Fish and Game Code Section 711.4. The scope of work is limited to five Class II encroachments. This includes the abandonment of one existing crossing to be converted into a new water drafting site and the installation of four permanent culvert watercourse crossings required for new road construction.
