The US Army Corps of Engineers – Rock Island District has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of ready-mix concrete to Lake Red Rock Remedial Levees Project, Pleasant Hill, IA. A call order was issued via email to all current blanket purchase agreement (BPA) holders to submit quotes on September 22, 2026, 02:00 pm CDT.  In accordance with RFO FAR 5.101(a)(1) proposed contract actions expected to exceed $20,000 must be disseminated by synopsizing in the Governmentwide point of entry, which is https://www.sam.gov.


Interested vendors may submit a quote by completing the bid schedule in the attached statement of work and sending it to the email contacts listed below before the deadline posted on this notice.


Unless a quote received via this notice is less than the lowest priced offer received from the BPA holders, quotes submitted in response to this notice will not be considered for award.
