Full Description

The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is investigating market capability to provide maintenance on a digital, secure, Land Mobile Radio (LMR) trunked system throughout the State of Kuwait. To successfully perform, the contractor must be able to provide maintenance on a secure Project-25 (P-25) compliant wide area and local area UHF system with integrated voice, data, and Over The Air Re-Key (OTAR) capabilities as an upgrade to the existing P-25 LMR system. The contractor shall provide full turn-key services consisting of project management, system engineering, system testing, and system field technical support.
