The Recreation and Park Commission for the Parish of East Baton Rouge (BREC) is soliciting sealed bids for the sale of approximately 0.838 acres of land located at 4390 Fairfields Avenue, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The property, described as Lots 445-A, 446-A, 470, 471, and 472 of the Belfair Homes Subdivision in Ward 1-1, is situated at the southwest corner of Fairfields Avenue and Rhodes Avenue. The land is zoned for single-family residential (A-2) and light commercial (C-1) use, though it is located within Flood Zone AE, requiring any future development to comply with applicable floodplain management and elevation requirements.
