Solicitation # 75N99027R00002
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is establishing a Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) under an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) structure to support the Office of Research Facilities. This eight-year program has an aggregate ceiling of 3 billion dollars and will be used for general construction services, including design-bid-build and design-build projects. Work will be performed across NIH campuses in Bethesda, Frederick, and Poolesville, Maryland, as well as Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, and Hamilton, Montana.
